• This mattress entitled for a 10 years limited mattress quality warranty

• Body impression for a new mattress is acceptable and normal

• For 1st year upon date of delivery, we will at its option, to repair or replace a new mattress due to manufacturing defects at free of charge.

• In subsequent years, any replacement or repair will be free but subject to a subsidized transport charges of Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 250

• If the same product is not available at the time of repair or replacement, we reserves the right to substiture it with comparable materials or models of the same or similar value.

• The warranty is extended only in Malaysia to the original purcahser from Luxez Sdn. Bhd. or authorised dealers.

• Normal wear and tear, and dirts on fabric is EXCLUDED from ths warranty 

Tips For Caring Your Mattress

• This is a TURN FREE mattress, hence it is advise to twist the mattress in every 2-3 months to balance the pressure point on the mattress

• DO NOT jump on the mattress, because it will cause damage to the coil spring

• Keep your room ventilated by keeping windows open in day time. Control humidity of the room, so that your mattress stay clean and fresh

• Waterproof protector is recommended to avoid fluid or liquid accidently drop on the mattress
